We require the following to engage with any party wishing to utilise Malpak in distributing fuel products:
You are the Title Holder: You must be the legal owner of the fuel or possess the rights to sell it. You must present clear and verifiable documentation demonstrating your ownership or allocation rights without any conditions attached.
You demonstrate proof of successful past transactions in the oil and gas sector: You must provide evidence of previous successful transactions in the oil and gas industry. This evidence can include transaction records, client references, or other documentation that verifies your experience and reliability in conducting such transactions.
You are a corporate entity: You must provide all necessary legal documentation related to your company's registration. This includes your corporate registration certificate and tax identification number, ensuring your business is legally recognised and operating within the regulatory framework.
You disclose transaction terms in advance: Prior to any transactions, you must outline and agree upon the specific terms and conditions of the transaction. This includes pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and any other relevant details to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
You provide verified Technical Specifications of the product(s) intended for sale, verified by a neutral inspection agency of international repute: You must supply detailed technical specifications of the fuel you intend to sell. These specifications must be verified by an independent, reputable inspection agency to ensure the quality and compliance of the product with international standards.
You have an official website detailing corporate information and activities. Public domain email addresses are not accepted: Your company must maintain a professional, official website that provides comprehensive information about your business, including your services, corporate history, and contact information. Usage of generic email addresses such as those from Gmail or Yahoo is not acceptable; you must use a professional email address associated with your company's domain.
